Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Content Marketer to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for transforming complex topics into compelling narratives and driving engagement through storytelling, we want to hear from you. As a Content Marketer at Signpost Six, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our brand’s narrative, ensuring our voice resonates across all platforms, and leveraging SEO to boost visibility. You will work on a variety of content formats, including blog posts, reports, case studies, and social media campaigns, all aimed at showcasing our innovative solutions to insider risk challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft the Narrative: Develop and implement comprehensive content that simplifies complex insider risk topics into engaging stories, highlighting our solutions as effective answers to real-world challenges. For example, you might create a series of blog posts exploring the psychological aspects of insider risk, create social media posts or develop a report on the latest technological advancements in risk mitigation.
- Own Our Voice: Define and maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates across all platforms, ensuring our messaging is cohesive and impactful. This includes developing style guides and collaborating with the rest of the organisation to ensure consistency.
- SEO Expertise: Stay ahead of the SEO curve by optimising content to enhance visibility and drive engagement. This involves conducting keyword research, analysing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Innovate and Initiate: Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the role by proposing new initiatives and creative solutions to make Signpost Six stand out in the market. This might involve suggesting new content formats, such as podcasts or video series, or identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
- Collaborate and Thrive: Work closely with our Marketing Manager, content experts, and consultants to align content with broader strategies and drive success. This includes participating in brainstorming sessions with our marketing team, providing feedback on campaigns, and contributing to the development of marketing plans. You will collaborate with consultants to ensure that our content reflects the latest insights and expertise in insider risk management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B setting or similar industries where content plays a critical role.
- Language Skills: English fluency is required; proficiency in Dutch is highly valued.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyse data to inform content decisions and measure campaign success. This includes using tools like HubSpot to track engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills across formats, from ad copy to long-form content. You should be able to adapt your tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
