This role is instrumental in shaping and delivering the content and services of our Insider Risk Academy, a dedicated platform for e-learning and workshops on the subject of insider risk.

In joining Signpost Six, you’ll become a valued member of a team focused on providing comprehensive solutions to organisations, helping them understand and mitigate internal threats. Your primary responsibility will be to refine, expand, and manage the content and workshops within our Insider Risk Academy, ensuring they remain up-to-date, relevant, and beneficial to our clientele.

As a Security and Awareness Training Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Designing and Innovating: Lead the creation and delivery of state-of-the-art e-learning initiatives and workshops on insider risk.
• Leading with Impact: Head our workshops, ensuring they are dynamic, engaging, and resonate with participants from diverse backgrounds.
• Sales & Client Relations: Represent the Insider Risk Academy, promoting our courses and securing fresh clientele whilst maintaining outstanding relations with existing partners.
• Trendspotting: Stay updated with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in the insider risk arena, ensuring our curriculum remains relevant and compelling.
• Training and Communication Plans: Craft training and communication plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring their workforce is well-informed and prepared to manage insider risks.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in security, education, cybersecurity, risk management or associated fields.
• A minimum of two years in e-learning, training, or security-related sectors.
• Demonstrated capability in curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and client relationship management.
• Sharp analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages would be a bonus.
