Alexandra Hoffmann

Resilience and Crisis Management

During her career with multinationals -such as Avon Products, Lafarge and Hewlett-Packard- and the French Government, Alexandra Hoffmann has developed an expertise in Security and Crisis Management. She conducted operational security management in several countries, including Western and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East; Risk Prevention and Management, Regional Security Team internal Communication. Her rich operational and multicultural experience has given her a solid basis on how to prevent and manage crises, but also how to recover and learn from them. She later became Director of Resilience at Philips Lighting (Signify today), where she was responsible for implementing the Global Resilience Program, including Group policy, procedure, and measurement tools for crisis management and business continuity.

In 2019, she partnered with companies such as ADN Group and supports businesses on topics connected to Crisis Management (Resilience, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Travel Security…).

Alexandra has a Law Degree in France, a M.S. in Corporate Security from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York and is a Certified Coach. She is also a certified Yoga Teacher and gives pro bono yoga classes to SWAT units of the French police.
